We asked that you unpack and check your product on arrival. If any damages have occurred during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the received delivery time so it can be rectified. If we aren't contacted within 48 hours of the delivery, we will be unable to replace any products that are damaged in transit.
We recommend that the panels are removed from the box once received and stored in a clean and safe place which is not in any direct sunlight.
We offer a 14 day refund policy on any unused products. Postage must be paid by you the buyer and we suggest an insurance on the package to cover its care back to us, as if any are received back broken or missing, they won't be included in the refund.
