Our store policy

At Sequin Walls Direct, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store, time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. 

We asked that you unpack and check your product on arrival. If any damages have occurred during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of the received delivery time so it can be rectified. If we aren't contacted within 24 hours of the delivery, we will be unable to replace any products that are damaged in transit.

We recommend that the panels are removed from the box once received and stored in a clean and safe place which is not in any direct sunlight.

 As a business to business site, Sequin Walls Direct are exempt from the consumer contracts (formally distance selling) regulations. So no refunds will be given unless the goods are faulty or mis-described, then a full refund or exchange will be given. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept any cancellations or refund request, due to our products being handmade. Our products are not off the shelf products, so therefore not ready to send. Please make sure your order is correct at time of placing the order. We have a short two hour window, where we can amend your order, but after this grace period, we are unable to change it. Please contact us via email ( or web chat (via our website) only, if you want to amend your order within the two hour grace period.

Our policy on cancellations and returns does not affect your statutory legal rights.

We offer installation services on all our walls, not just personalised. Please contact us for a quote on an installation. Once a date has been booked in, the payment for this service will need to be paid in advance. Any cancellations or changes to installations, will not be refunded.

All orders for collection or failed delivery, are held for a period of 12 months.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7 - 10 days. Where we can ship these before, we will. The panels are made by hand per order and we try our best to turn the orders around quicker than our standard delivery time. If you need them urgently and within this timeframe, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm if we can get them made and delivered to you for your

desired date.

Please note, once dispatched we send all UK orders by next day service. We hold no responsibility for any delays with the courier. We cannot offer any refunds, exchanges or credit notes for any orders not delivered on time by the courier.

Order's that are dispatched on Fridays, are not guaranteed to be delivered on Saturdays using next day service, as most couriers don't count Saturdays and Sundays as next day service. Whilst most couriers do deliver on Saturdays, we cannot guarantee this. 

Please contact us before you place your order if you need this delivered on a Saturday service as we can upgrade the delivery for an extra fee, which must be paid before we send. We have to stress that even whilst using the next day or Saturdays option, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused whilst in transit and no refunds will be allowed. By confirming your order on our website, or by paying by direct invoice, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

By paying an invoice from us, or any of our payment merchants, you are agreeing that you have read and agreed to the terms, conditions and policies on our website. If you are ordering online, you also have to tick a box to confirm these terms, conditions and policies, have been read

Personalised panels have a turnaround timeframe of three weeks. If we can get them to you before this timeframe, we will, but we can't guarantee this at time of booking. Please contact us before ordering personalised panels. Files need to be in a PSD format to enable the highest quality print.

Sequin Walls Direct offers a third party finance service from Laybuy and Clearpay.

All payments and subsequent communication about repayments should be made directly with Laybuy or Clearpay, depending on who you use to finance your order with.

After your transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation email from Laybuy or Clearpay with all the information you need.
